Take a Break
Contact us to request a temporary pause on your account if you need time away. We will suspend purchasing until the date you choose and confirm the pause in writing.
Account Closure
You can permanently close your account at any time by emailing contact@rafflerays.co.uk. We will action closures within one working day and confirm once complete.
