Every RaffleRays competition includes a free entry route with the exact same odds as paid tickets.
Postal Entry (All Competitions)
Follow the steps below for each postal entry. Entries that do not meet these requirements will be rejected to keep the draw fair for everyone.
Post each entry on a separate stamped envelope addressed to:
RaffleRays Ltd Free Entry 5 South Charlotte Street Edinburgh Scotland EH2 4AN
No hand-delivered entries – postal submissions only.
Include all of the following on a plain postcard or letter:
Full name
Postal address
Date of birth
Contact telephone number
Email address
Your answer to the competition question (if the draw has a skill question)
The name (or product title) of the competition you wish to enter
Use first or second-class stamps only. Non-barcoded stamps are invalid.
Proof of posting is not proof of entry. Entries must arrive before the published closing date.
We do not send acknowledgements for free entries.
If paid tickets sell out before your entry arrives, it will not be included in the draw.
Free entries are processed within the same verification window as paid entries. Make sure your RaffleRays account details match what you submit.
Email Entry (Low-Cost Competitions)
If the paid ticket price is lower than the cost of a second-class stamp, you may use our email route instead of post. This keeps the free entry genuinely cost-free.
In the body of the email include the same details required for postal entries (full name, address, date of birth, phone, contact email, competition name, and answer to any skill question).
Send one email per entry. Multiple entries in a single email will be counted as one entry.
Email entries must be received before the advertised closing date and will be acknowledged automatically once processed.
You only need to use the email route when the paid ticket price is cheaper than a second-class stamp. Otherwise, please follow the postal method above.
