How We Help
Whether you're a parent, working full-time, caring for others, studying, or just trying to get by, the cost of living crisis can push anyone to the edge. RaffleRays Rewards exists to offer breathing room when the basics start to feel out of reach.
The programme is funded directly by RaffleRays Ltd. It is not a charity and we do not collect donations from players. Instead, we set aside part of our operating budget to provide targeted, one-off support to members of our community who need it most.
Each week we award discretionary support to help cover everyday essentials. That might mean food shopping, energy bills, rent top-ups, travel costs, baby supplies or even a small treat to brighten someone's day. No matter your background, if you're feeling the squeeze we encourage you to apply.

Essential Living Costs
Support with everyday essentials like groceries, utilities, clothing, or hygiene products when times are tight.

Help covering rent shortfalls, emergency housing needs, or support to avoid eviction.

Assistance with childcare costs, school uniforms, baby supplies, or other parenting-related pressures.

Support for mental health services, prescription costs, or essential care not covered by public funding.
