How to Self-Exclude
Decide your timeframe
Standard options are 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent. Let us know if you need a different period.
Email our team
Send your request to contact@rafflerays.co.uk with the subject line 'Self-Exclusion'. Include your full name, registered email, and chosen duration.
We confirm in writing
We'll action the exclusion within one working day, suspend purchases, and send a confirmation email with the end date.
Need help wording your request? Copy and paste the template below into your email: “I request self-exclusion from RaffleRays for [time period]. My registered email is […]. Please confirm once actioned.”
Exclusion Periods Available
- 24 hours or 7 days (short cooling-off period)
- 30 days or 6 months
- Permanent exclusion (no automatic reinstatement)
If you opt for a permanent ban, we will block future account creation attempts linked to your contact details.
After the Exclusion Ends
- We will not automatically reopen your account.
- You may email us after the end date to request reinstatement.
- We reserve the right to extend the exclusion if we believe it protects you.
